With an MBA from RMIT University and diverse experience across management, property, higher education and marketing, Peter founded the company to solve the challenges he faced as a business owner, struggling to find affordable, skilled talent. His collaborative, hands-on leadership style has been instrumental in scaling the company and ensuring that every solution is tailored to meet clients’ needs.
